Terrible service. Hard to work with. Staff was yelling at us for no reason. Hung up phone on both me and my husband while we were speaking in a pleasant tone. Greedy managers. No view, dark room.

The location was very good, walking distance to different attractions. The staff were very nice. The patio was very nice.

The bathrooms were not clean. We found hair in the shower and the towels were not clean. There was a bad smell in the bathrooms, like of moisture.

Small room in historical Safed. Very basic room with airco. Nice that you can go for a swim in the common pool.

Quite difficult to find and park the car. Curtain not thick enough.

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. ROOM WAS REALLY NICE. POOL WAS A NICE BONUS WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT IN ADVANCE, BUT DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR.

NOT ALL JETS IN THE JACUZZI WERE WORKING. THE ROOM HAD ONE LARGE BED INSTEAD OF THE TWO QUEEN BEDS WE WERE EXPECTING. NO FAN TO CLEAR THE HUMIDITY IN THE ROOM AFTER USE OF THE JACUZZI.
