Location is amazing and the host are super nice ◡̈

For the female shared area the bathroom area gets quite busy in the morning, I would also add a little lamp/light to each junk bed as when the lights are out it’s very dark to see hehe but I used my phone flashlight, other than that everything was great.

Happy Garden Guesthouse está situado en una localización inmejorable, al lado de la estación de metro de Myeongdong y el ajetreo de esta zona turística, pero en una calle fuera del meollo y muy tranquila, con vistas a Namsan, No sólo está super céntrico y es posible llegar a muchos sitios andando, si no que su buena conexión por metro también permite llegar a barrios más lejanos de Seúl en a penas media hora. El hostal en sí es muy acogedor y el servicio es muy agradable. La zona común está muy bien preparada y ponen a tu disposición todo lo que pudieses necesitar (toallas, lavadora, agua, café). Es perfecto para sólo travelers. Además, tiene una terraza con vistas en el último piso, perfecta para relajarte al final del día. Sinceramente, es un hostal que hace que te sientas en casa.

Only critique is that the rooms are quite small and the mattresses aren’t the comfiest but super small details!

Location location location..close to everything..

The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. Location is very near Myeongdong shopping nd food street district! Rooms are really clean and environment is quiet so you wont have problems getting a good rest and sleep.

The location is situated on the hill side so expect a bit of a challenge on your way there. There are a few steps to reach the property with no elevators but the owners are nice enough to help with the luggage. There was no microwave in our room but im pretty sure there is one you can use, just ask the owners.

I've been to Seoul many times, and I always stay here. I'm traveling alone, and I feel safe here because the dorm is for women only. Each bed has its own curtain now. The hosts also provide small towels. The bathrooms are stocked with soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The kitchen has tea and coffee, a microwave, stovetop, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and hair straightener. Everything is open and free to use. You can rent a locker; a 10,000 won deposit is required for the key; it's returned at the end of your stay. The Wi-Fi is good.

The hotel is on a hill, so it takes a bit of effort to get up. But that's not a problem for me. The hosts help me carry my suitcases up the stairs, so it's no problem.
