Given that I travelled for a football game, the location was absolutely perfect (very close to the stadium).

The towels and sheets smelled freshly washed. The area is quiet, I only heard a few passers-by. There are 2 sockets in the room and one in the bathroom. There are 2 blankets on the bed. The outside terrace area is quiet and nicely landscaped and the host's attitude was pleasant.

We stayed in an attic room, which we found out after we paid. It was very poorly ventilated, warmer at night than during the day. There is no air conditioning or even a fan. Both we and the other tenants from the attic stayed with the doors open so that the air from the hall could enter the rooms. When you flushed the toilet, it ran on the floor, and from the second day of stay, it started to emit a very unpleasant smell, strong enough to feel even with the door closed. There was water leaking on the floor since we arrived and there was a plastic container under the drain which was filling up and leaking. There is no shower gel or shampoo. The only window that can be fully opened (the one in the bathroom) has no mosquito net.

It's a perfect location and the owner was nice. Bed was quite comfortable and sheets were clean. Late arrival is possible. Free parking is available on the street.

The window in the room couldn't fully open, so we were not able to cool down the room and get some fresh air. There were no shampoo or shower gel.

Very good value for money. The hosts are really nice, you have parking there, close the the city center and clean. you don't get too many things in your room, old tv, but the bed was comfortable, towels and it was more than great for one night! recommended.

Good location with city center within so-so walking distance. Spacious room with bathroom, friendly owner. Bars and restaurants and supermarket just a few steps away. Very good value for money. Definitely a nice place to stay in Sibiu. Close to Sibiu airport.
