Great location, very comfortable, excellent host who also organised us a taxi to go the station

No breakfast. But great breakfast available just a few doors away

The lock situation was challenging at first. I couldn’t get in. Lorenzo helped me immediately.

The lift wasn’t working. I didn’t know there was a percolator for heating water until the last evening. It was awkward setting it up in my room because the cord was very short. A written notice in my room would have been helpful.

Very clean, very comfortable bed and good towels/pillows/bedsheets. Easy check in and check out, very detailed instructions on the parking. Convenient location. Side note: due to a last minute reservation we were upgraded free of charge to a bigger room. We absolutely loved it!

Obiekt doskonale położony. Wszędzie blisko. Nieopodal miejsca, gdzie można zjeść śniadanie, przystanki autobusowe. W apartamencie komfortowo, czysto i klimatycznie. Dobry kontakt z obsługą apartamentu.

Dostęp tylko elektroniczny. Wygoda z jednej strony. Stres, gdy wyładowywał się telefon, że nie wejdę;-).

Lovely room, súper clean and comfortable. 7 min walk from el campo de Siena in a quieter area. Would love to stay here again.

Would be nice if the room had a kettle to make tea or coffee.

Comfortable and stylish room, in great location to explore Siena. Bus stop and cafe just across the road.

The location was very convenient, in the center and near to the parking area.

The can enter the building, the apartment and the room only via your mobile phone, which means that you are obliged to have internet connection and of course your mobile with you. That is very inconvenient considering that you are in a trip in a foreign country so you may face network problems. Also there are some people who are not so familiar with all that technology staff. You may lose your mobile or to be out of battery, so what is the option you have in that case to access your booked room?
