Casa Mavì- Siena

It was so clean and spacious, in a good part of Sienna and close to everything. On the Via Francigena route too.

The host was so so friendly and had no issues with letting us check in early. The room was so gorgeous and very comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

This is a private apartment just outside the old city wall and is well situated for walking everywhere. It is very comfortable, clean, stocked with sparkling and still water in the fridge in the communal lounge. There is a great little patisserie next door for coffee and a sandwich for breakfast.

My only problem was understanding how to gain entry the first time. However, the owner was very helpful via WhatsApp text and we got in! You will need to park in the public parking area about 8 minutes walk down the road or go to a garage as they explain. After waiting around we got a place down the road and left the car there for 48 hours. You only pay for the hours between 8am and 8pm and it is not very expensive.

Traditional building, good location, loved the complimentary water and the chargers handy !

Shower a little small

Great location, walkable to all key sights, even the train station with luggage if necessary! Comfortable beds, easy contactless entry, fridge and kitchen amenities were helpful. Super soft towels, a rarity in European hotels. Highly recommended!

If you need an additional bed, warning they are small with no box spring. Too small for most adults so verify bed size to avoid any issues.
