訂房後，來電確認及詢問有無停車需求及交通工具；原計畫草嶺古道健行後搭火車前往，3周前訂房。但連下2周雨，當日凌晨看氣象報告仍下雨，擔心天雨路滑下坡危險，故取消訂房，客服人員利用LINE給予協助，因後續仍天雨無法決定延訂至何時，克服仍給予充分協助，下次仍會選擇該旅店出遊。

離老街近

說刷卡機壞了只能付現金，要發票說只有開收據，房間沒有冰箱，廁所沒抽風機，隔音很差，房間很小。
