The communication with the staff was excellent. The place looks exactly like the pictures. The parking lot at the back was a bonus, made us feel better that the car would not get dinged on the street.

I knew the bathroom was at the end of the hallway, which was fine, it was clean and private. I just wish there was a way to ventilate it better.

The kitchen was very well-equipped and had everything we needed. The apartment was quite spacious. The location was also super convenient, in the centre of Ribeira Grande, with all the necessary shops, cafés, restaurants, and points of interest accessible to us. To have parking included in the accommodation was definitely a positive point!

The bed was a bit stiff and uncomfortable, the same as the pillows. The check-in experience felt a bit rushed and business oriented. We would have appreciated having a bit more warm welcoming.

Logement très propre, bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter l’ile. Stationnement privé très apprécié.

Peu de resto et quartier plus ou moins sécuritaire en soirée.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Privater abschließbarer Parkplatz.

Die Lage ist zentral, dafür ist es eben auch recht laut.

Gostei da limpeza, do espaço e dos funcionários. Gostei muito do facto de haver toalhas que pudéssemos usar nos banhos termais,foi muito útil. É uma excelente experiência de alojamento.
