Great customer service, friendly staff, excellent communication. They were very understanding and accommodating when we needed to change our departure dates. The towels and linen were fresh, the bed is very comfy. Good TV channels, good aircon. The proximity to Florida Road is convenient.

Bathroom needs urgent attention. Shower had mold, the bathroom smelled, basin was coming off the wall. Overall not very clean unfortunately, especially the curtains, the lining of the ceiling and in the corners.
