The Living Collective Villa

Location and facilities Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Apartment had a fireplace with complimentary firewood to get the fire going. Perfect for winter in Hilton

The wall in the kitchen was a bit dirty. This can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. The window 2nd bathroom in the upstairs villa should have a blind or frosted glass.

Like always the TLC crew and accommodation was amazing.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The whole facility is clean and accommodating except for the issue of electricity cutout and the generator is accessible on hourly basis and can't run the whole day

To fix the issue of the generator not fully operational during the electricity load shedding. If that can be fixed I would give 100% on the facility

Very clean and the staff is friendly and respectful. Communication is great.

The area as a whole had a power cut for 14 hours but the property had backup which was great.

It was homely especially traveling with a toddler

Aircon was not working properly

The rooms are nice, loved the fire place and electric blankets

The staff don't give out soap or shower gel on the second day of ur visit. Only on 1st day

The staff is so friendly! Thandeka was so friendly and very helpful

How the units are listed is a bit confusing.
