It was clean, good location

The wall paint peeling, not all the bathrooms had toilet paper, towels are old need to be changed,(they literally see through they so old) not enough bath towels, the main shower is drains so slowly that before the water is even hot you have to switch it off as it will overflow,. The basin pop up plug doesn't open. The aircon didn't come on. The Number that I tried to WhatsApp never gets answered.

The location and the facility is very clean

The other guests had a party and made so much noise until we left around 4am. We reported this to the caretaker lady, and we expected some kind of an apology from the Admin lady but nothing. Very disappointing.
