Towels old, no ac in bedroom. Water pressure not good.

The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly

The staff was super nice, responsive and polite

Internet connectivity was a big challeng The shower heads are too small

The location and the views are great, The house has all that one needs when away from home, loved it

Electricity went off and for longer than acceptable time without back up generator, we could'nt eat dinner on time no power on cellphones The kitchen cupboards are wearing out a little more attention to the all the cupboards including bedrooms would make a huge difference in the house as a whole. Fireplace chimney is not extracting enough smoke out, moat of our clothes and hair was smoke smelling

Good location if you're attending the arts festival

They have decent quality furniture. However, the way it has been finished is in very poor taste. The connections for aircon and tvs etc is pathetic, all exposed with bad quality trunking. The electric blankets don't work because the connection points have been broken off. The kitchen drawers are located underneath a fixed countertop, nearly impossible to locate or use! 2 of the 3 bathroom drains were blocked, allowing water to overflow during use. Don't expect milk for your morning tea, only creamer provided. I asked for a milk sachet or similar, but it was not accommodated. The security gate of the unit is there only for show, totally non functional! Lastly, there is another (?staff member) unit attached to the flat with a door that barely conceals any noise, so privacy is non-existent. Don't think I'll consider this place again unless I'm stuck.
