"Overall fair value and fixing the drain pipe smell would make this good value."

Loved the staff and courtyard. The owner even woke up at 2 AM to meet me for a sunrise hike. The AC worked very well.

There was an awful drain pipe smell creeping into the room all day and night.

It was a very affordable stay amidst a actual balinese family..It was really nice knowing the culture and their traditions. Food was good.

The quantity of food can be increased in the breakfast. And children below 4 we're not given breakfast that can be worked upon.

"Cozy accommodation of an excellent host!"

- great location, about 15mins walk from center market, really quiet. - great facilities, love the garden view. - Kadek the owner is super super helpful. I booked almost everything with him and he ensures that I was provided with the high-tier services (drivers, tours, fast boat ticket and transfer to Sanur). - make my stay in Ubud/Bali soooo easy.

1.Room is big...in fact it is a house consists kitchen with dining table & 2 rooms. 2.Mr.Kedak is so helpful and arranging local transport and airport dropping with reasonable prices.

It is not a dedicated hotel or resort.This is some thing like housing complex.... the house location is narrow.
