El-amin Guest House

Rooms had direct view of the Nile just amazing..hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Anything you ask for they are ready to assist with especially the owner “El-Amin” and his top assistant Saifeldin. Would recommend it 💯

From wh,en I arrived, the staff were all looking after me , and especially El-amin himself. He advised me and booked tours for me.. They served dinner each night on the solid patio looking out on the Nile . It was just next to the jetty for 5 minute ferry from Elephantine Island to Aswan. Elephantine Island is an attraction in itself, and you can stay in it. It has no cars and no paving , so interesting walks.

No down points really, good value room , with good value food . And a shop nearby and ferry at your doorstep

The host was extremely helpful and provided great convenience for my trip, making me feel the warmth and kindness of the Egyptians. The view of the river from the room was truly magnificent.

Initially getting off the ferry and finding the location, we thought we made a terrible mistake. However, when we saw our room we were very happy. Beautiful view of the river at night and very clean room.

There were mosquitos in December-take bug spray

This is a great guest house. Situated right on the bank of the Nile. Amin the owner is super helpful and can arrange any trip you want. The room was very clean.

Great location, nice owner and staff. The view from the terrace was amazing. Ameen helped to organize trips around Aswan and to Abu Simbel on fair price.

When I was in shower, a lizard jumped onto me from the open net-protected window. Net should be checked.
