"Exceptional"

We couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay! The apartment was great and the rooftop is amazing. Mustafa and Mohammed were exceptionally kind and welcoming, showing us around Elephantine. Would absolutely recommend and hope to return one day!

Mi è piaciuta la posizione. È un luogo piacevole e lontano dal caos cittadino.

Problemi alla prima camera, abbiamo dovuto cambiarla con una migliore senza prezzo maggiorato

Friendly staff, beautiful room and excellent location for exploring the Abu Simbel temples, plus there was a fabulous take away breakfast prepared to take with us for our early flight.

"Heerlijk verblijf!"

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Basmatic. Prima bedden, super schoon, prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras onder het genot van een ontbijt en/of diner met bijvoorbeeld de beste vlees moussaka. Contact verloopt prima en personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ze helpen je ook met het plannen van excursies, dat is ons goed bevallen. Aanrader!!

"Très bon séjour"

Hôtel situé sur une île ce qui lui a donné beaucoup de charme et une vue magnifique. Les propriétaires et les employés étaient tous d’une gentillesse extrême et d’une aide précieuse pour tous nos déplacements. Nous avons également mangé plusieurs fois dans leur restaurant qui était excellent et plus que raisonnable niveau prix. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, le matelas et les oreillers de très bonne qualité.

La douche de la salle de bain était à côté des toilettes sans séparation ce qui était un peu compliqué mais très commun à l’Égypte. Des travaux sont prévus ce qui rendra l’hôtel encore plus top.

"Wonderful Nile location"

Noise of people in the stairwell, they are not sound proofed rooms.

Great place on Elephantine Island. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The view from the terrace was incredible, and the food was delicious too. Highly recommend
