Lovely hosts and great breakfast

We had a room at the front of the property and there was a fair amount of road traffic. Hosts did offer to change room, but we got used to the noise and stayed put. No real issue.

Estuvimos poco en el hotel por actividades, pero es familiar y el trato es muy atento. Habitaciones amplias y limpias.

La atencion tan personal y cuidada, hace la estancia súper cómoda y como estar en casa.La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 minutos andando del centro. Las habitaciones son amplias, recién reformadas y muy cómodas.

Tout.très proche de la place des armes et au calme . La gentillesse de la maman du propriétaire . C’est elle qui prendra soin de vous le matin pour le petit déjeuner . Ils seront tous au petit soin

Pilar and Diego were so helpful in a pinch. They accepted delivery of my backpack from my trekking company, provided me a take away breakfast (not so good …) before my 4 am pickup, and, most importantly, did my laundry on a Sunday evening. The latter alone was a godsend. Though a ground floor room, it had ample lighting. All the others hotels I’ve visited in this price range have awful and dim clinical white bulbs. Light is such a mood lifter.

The Takeaway breakfast was a kind gesture, but it was just water, juice, and some biscuits and a sticky apple. I still recommend this small hotel Haile.
