Alberto was the best. Breakfast was delicious! We had a super comfortable stay on this beautiful property!

No hot water in the showers most of the time; the Wi-Fi in our room was not working, and we had to move to a more expensive room; the rooms were also very cold

Alberto was so kind and welcoming! He immediately showed me around the and offered to have breakfast ready for me in the morning, since I was leaving for a tour at 4:30am. I was there in February, and everything was very quiet and peaceful. There were not many others around. The hotel itself it set up in the hills which offers a certain type of serenity away from the center of Cusco. It's possible to walk down the hill, but there is no sidewalk and cars are zooming by, so I used Ubers most of the time which was quite cheap.

The only challenge I had was with the bathroom shower. The electric heat was not working correctly, and even after requesting assistance it did not do the trick. It made showering a little challenging because I could not lower the heat and it was burning me, but I'm sure that was something specific going on in that room.

This was the best place we stayed while traveling for 5 weeks through Peru. The Hacienda had charm, it was very quiet, extremely comfortable, and the host was absolutely amazing. We extended our stay and didn't want to leave.

Alberto made the best breakfasts and was a kind and caring host. We were so comfortable and felt like we were at home.

Alberto, our host is amazing. Kind, responsive, generous and willing to do whatever he can to make your stay comfortable. He cooks an amazing hot breakfast, which is included in the stay...fresh fruit drinks included. The location is up out of the noise and crowd out of Cusco, however we could walk to town in about 20 minutes, downhill. It takes longer to get back, but is a great workout. It is a short taxi ride home if you don't want the exercise. It felt Peruvian and we loved that.

It took a few minutes for the water to get hot. Once it got hot, it was comfortable.

I absolutely loved it here. Cozy place surrounded by nature and yet quite close to city center. The guys here are so lovely. Great breakfast, nice room, hot water and even a heating… I cannot complain and I will come back :)
