"Good location, dirty accommodation"

Location was good, close to restaurants, room was spatious.

There were bugs in the room on the ground and bedsheets. Cockroachres. Bathroom smelled funny and was a little bit dirty.

"Ok for short stay, not good for long ones"

The location is perfect for short stays as easily accessible to good restaurants and market place. For big family, you get privacy even with multiple rooms.

The cleanliness in the room was not up to mark and also too much noise from shaking windows. The furniture and bathroom fittings were old and not well maintained.

"Budget friendly stay close to Nizwa"

Easy to find Good bed Good shower Free WiFi Friendly staff Proximity to a coffee shop and restaurant. 10 min drive to Nizwa Souq

No elevator, we had two elderly ladies with us.
