There is not a single thing to like about this property

To start with, while booking with this app it will say it is free without paying or entering credit card details, but then after couple of hours of your booking you will start getting calls from the hotel to make a payment of atleast 40%, please do not make that payment because it is not refundable. When you put the location provided by the hotel staff, you will not reach the property and will have to make 10 calls to them. The rooms at the image and the rooms there doesn't match. And even if they have mentioned sea view rooms, they do not have any rooms as such and when you talk to them about it.They will say it's a partial sea view. Still u won't be able to see a bit of the sew view from this property. The rooms are utmost small, Beds are unhygienic, washrooms are unhygienic. And the property has steep steps, so someone who finds it difficult to walk stairs please avoid. Inspite of paying 1500 advance if you try to reduce your stay they will not accept it, they will ask you to pay more. And when you ask for refund they will simply stop answering. And at the end they will connect you to the owner over a call who will ask you to forget your advance. And then they will say I can give you a premium room at a near by location but then you will have to forget the advance which you have paid. I had to forgo my advance money and go to a different property. Would request everyone to avoid this property or else the start of the vacation gets spoiled.

There is nothing to like over there

I request everyone please dont book this room in online 1 of the worst room I have every seen. On proper staff and rooms are very dirty, no power backup, and price is also very high. Never think of this room.
