When you get inside it's homely, clean and comfortable.

There was no wifi connectivity to watch the TV. The location could make you change your mind about going in, especially the way you open to get inside. We were assisted by passers by.

The bed

The electric blanket wasn’t working They gave us the wrong room The staff are never there nor do they answer their phone

The beds are worn through. They also allow very late check ins so there was constant noises throughout the night and we were parked in by the morning.

Availability of alternatine accomodation. Staff, cleanness and facilities inside the room.

Richmond Hill Geust House. We moved to Kardinal Geust House. Too big for two people (House). Was not ready on arrival. KARDINAL. The parking is an issue. I will recommend that the keys are kept in a safe for the staff to move vehicles. Or have the "late arrivals" park in the street.

Das Check-In war flexiebel, das Personal Nett. Das Bett bequem.

Die Zimmer sehen nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos, alles ist sehr alt und heruntergekommen, das Badezimmer hat nach Urin gerochen, so das ich mich entschieden habe nicht zu duschen. Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Lage auch eher unangenehm.
