Pension Rušev

It is really well located, a few minutes walking to restaurants, shops and beach. The pool is great and helps a lot with the heat

We liked the location, as everything was close, the stores, restaurants and the beach. We also liked the town and went travelling around and exploring the island. We found beautiful beaches around the island. The apartment was great, very big and cozy, with two bathrooms, a patio and direct access to the pool. There was an AC unit, which was useful, as it was quite hot outside, even 37 degrees C. The apartment was clean, there was enough storage room, enough wardrobes and hangers, towels. There was an electric cooker and although we didn't cook, I checked and there were enough dishes to prepare a decent meal.

Super comfortable and spacious room, loved the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to check in very late due to a thunderstorm delaying our ferry, but host stayed in touch with us the whole time to reassure us, and stayed up to welcome us when we arrived!

Fantastic view and lovely balcony. Great pool , which we pretty much had to ourselves. The room was clean, the property was cool and we had a very nice breakfast. Maria was very helpful and friendly . Short walk to the harbour, great location .

The view from the patio was amazing. The apartment was clean, and he’s really next to the beach! Marija is very kind and helpful!

Family business,the women run high standard service, very comfortable,nice and spacious clean room. Everytime when we left the room everything was clean again.Very nice women,very helpful,she explains me everything before I fly to Croatia on the phone how I can get there and not spend a fortune for taxi to Perko.For me swimming pool was a attitude of the place.I didn't met others guests on pool, more where making trip around,we would like to spend more time on sunbath . Acces from airport Zadar,taxi cost 15euro, bus 5euro, both stop front of ferry to Perko,Ulijan. Ferry price 5euro each way, beautiful Island, nice quiet and chilling.Teasty foof over water view. Owners own restaurant as well so I really recommend eat breakfast in villa but dinner in this restaurant. I can say they made our holiday!!! And when my friend left early morning I could stay on swimming pool extra hour to get more colour from sunbath then hit the road safely to Zadar airport.

I liked everything. Really, I enjoyed my stay here immensely. No complaints whatsoever, just lots of gratitude. A great house, a wonderful room, fresh refurbishment, and picturesque landscapes around. It's on the hill - but almost everything in Preko is on the hill. You will need to put in some effort going up - but it's worth it as it comes with breath-taking views from the terrace. Marija was very, very nice too, she provided valuable advice and recommendations, and I am deeply grateful for that. I was also pleasantly surprised that the room would be cleaned every day - I didn't expect it and it was a nice touch. All in all, thank you for being there and for continuing the Rušev Pension story!
