Зручне розташування неподалік від вокзалу/автовокзалу. Неподалік від облаштованих потрібною інфраструктурою пляжів - душ, кабінки для перевдягання (хоча на мою суб'єктивну думку для пляжного відпочинку Спліт, чи принаймні цей район, не дуже підходить). В помешканні для пляжу були спеціальні рушники та інше. Кімната невелика, але якщо не планувати проводити в ній багато часу - ОК.

Диспенсер геля для душу був у вапняному нальоті й не працював. В мисочці для кавових стіків лежав шматочок відірваної упаковки, і не було хоча би пари пакетиків чаю, бо все ж таки каву 3-в-1 п'ють не всі.

La ubicación a 10 minutos del centro histórico de Split y con aparcamiento gratuito en frente del apartamento. Por lo menos en junio, cuando he estado, fue fácil aparcar. Pero hay que tener cuidado porque hay calles aledañas que sí hay parking regulado.

Sehr central gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Strandhandtücher und Strandmatten. Freundlicher Empfang durch den Nachbarn der Appartements. Strandnähe optimal für ein kurzes Schwimmen gehen.
