The Single Most Perfect place to stay and explore Split from It's very hard to separate the accommodation from the magical town of Split. The location: THE LOCATION. In the calm and nice suburbs, not 5 minutes walk from the famous Bačvice Beach ! Walking aside the beautiful beach we reached Diocletian's Palace in 15 minutes, while taking a glimpse on the old town of Split with the famous Riva with its palm trees in front, and checking out the gigantic ferry's in the port. Staying in that cozy room only a refreshing walk from Diocletian's Palace / the old town of Split, but far enough from the noise of the tourists was absolutely rewarding after a long day of exploring on foot. The hospitality: We knew from the first booking.com message exchange, everything's gonna be fine. We got crystal clear directions, we instantly found a parking spot about 35 meters from the room. When we decided to stay one more night the next morning, we could keep the same apartment, just booked another night here on booking.com while having our coffee. I mean that's flexibility at its best! The room: The coziness of the place was out of this world. The lovely building, the nice and tidy room, the instant coffee and tea next to the kettle, the design... The leasureness just radiating from the whole place. Everything added up to a great time spent there. ( And having NETFLIX while a ton of places don't even spend on a decent TV set... It clearly shows the dedication towards the guests, and we very much appreciated it. ) We also loved the design of the bathroom. Very well equipped too. Looked very elegant with more than enough light for the ladies' make up tasks. We really had a great time in Split. And a huge part of that was the perfect accommodation: Rooms Lucia with the best staff possible. Right, K.? :) Thank you for making our stay wonderful. Me and my wife are grateful for the experience. We'll be back !

great location for the beach and city centre but in a very quiet back road.

It was hard finding a free nearby parking space. The entrance path and front door looks neglected and tatty but the inside was clean and everything worked well. There is nowhere to sit outside but the sea front is only a few minutes away and is lovely.

Shower did not get hot enough No sound proofing Bed was very noisy

The host was extremely nice and accommodating. The apartment had everything you needed and was in a good location.

The fridge was a bit too small and in a place you could easily reach.

Kettle Was not really good

Location close to beach and .5 km to Split Riva and old town.

No on-site parking as advertised. Steet parking only if lucky. View were of overgrown bushes (not as advertised). Walkway obscured by weeds and shrubbery. Never saw the proprietor. Insufficient instant coffee for 2 day say.
