"Encantador y confortable lugar."

Sin desayuno y mejor porque si sales temprano a excursiones casi nunca lo aprovechas. El lugar es encantador, tiene unas pocas escaleras para subir hasta la edificacion, ya que asi esta configurada la ciudad de Split, siempre para arriba. Cuando llegas al lugar, con suficiente espacio para moverte, con mini refrigerador, micoondas y cafetera. El bano es limpio y con espacio suficiente para moverte, abundante agua fria o caliente en las duchas. Tiene su aire acondicionado o calefaccion. En general el area muy quieta y limpia y los vecinos amables. Nikola siempre estuvo pendiente y amable para cualquier necesidad que se nos hubiera presentado.

Todo estuvo muy bien, sin quejas.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation for 6 days. Everything was spotless and very clean, and the host was extremely kind and welcoming. He even gave us the option to choose which room we wanted to stay in, which we really appreciated. The accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable stay — air conditioning, internet, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials. The location is excellent, only 2 minutes from the city center and 1 minute from the green market. The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for relaxing and resting. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
