The property was clean and in a good location.

The only window led out to a hallway so there was no way to let in fresh air.

Absolutely perfect stay and great, helpful host! We lost an Airpod and realised it after checking out. They found it in the apartment and sent it to us. About the apartment itself: -useful kitchen with everything that you'd need - we were cooking there with no issues -great quality for the price - during our vacation in Croatia we've been to few different apartments with reviews 9+ and this one is for sure the best quality for the price -absolutely perfect location! Really, I can't imagine being in better location in Split (and I know the city). Near to the perfect beach (nearest one with sand, just few steps later with stones - depends on what you like). The beach is great for snorkeling, jumping (there are special places where you can jump to the water) and chilling in bars. The apartement is also next to "Pazar" where you can buy fantastic domestic products. It's near great shops, bakeries, awesome restaurants and a food court. It's also near the bus station and the ferries - so it's great for all kinds of trips on the islands. And of course it's next to the old town, so you can easily go sightseeing from there. We spent more than 1 week in the apartment and I already miss the place. When we'll be in Split next time, it'll be definitely our choice again :)

Booked because of positive reviews. It was perfect hotel-like experience. Location is great to take a quick break mid-day or go for an evening pier stroll.

Great location, just outside the old city. Nikola was waiting for us at the golden donkey statue to show us the way to the apartment. Super clean and air conditioned!

The google maps location is not accurate. But the host sent detailed maps and instructions so we were able to easily find it!

The location is just perfect. Beautiful area very close to the Old Town. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean and new. Landlord is very friendly and flexible.

There is no window in the room which was very disappointing... The room was dark and the window which is there is leading to corridor not to outside. The room is very tiny and there is no wardrobe.
