Everything was perfect, the location & the atmosphere of the location was amazing, the host did everything to offer a good and pleasant stay & helped us with all the informations about the city. One of the best accommodation i stayed in. A must place to stay in when visiting split.

There is no balcony or big window in the room. Only one very small window overlooking a wall. So if you are looking for service in a hotel or a lobby it is not. It is more of a nice furnished studio.

Easy communication with Kristina who was waiting for us on arrival to check in. The room was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, huge bed too. The Bathroom and especially the waterfall shower was SO nice, excellent water pressure and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Split. The property is a very short walk into Split centre, but also has the benefit of free parking and is surprisingly quiet. Also very close to the port which is convenient if you're planning any trips to the surrounding islands. There's a couple of decent restaurants right outside so you don't have to go far to get some good food if you don't want to.

Despite the huge bed, we found it too firm for us and unfortunately didn't sleep very well - personal preference though. The car parking area is quite cramped. We were fine with our little fiat 500 rental car but anything bigger might be a challenge, I witnessed another guest crunch the bumper of his nice BMW.
