"Clean nice room, but small for 3 person. Expensive for the room."

Close to the beach. Owner give you all the informations.

When booking it shows you the appartament, but when you reserve it you get a room. So be aware of that if you are looking for appartament.

Horrible host. The place wasn’t bad but the owner was the most unprofessional host I’ve ever had. My friends helped with my bags and she’s treated to call the police cause for 10 minutes there was 3 people in the room instead of 2. When asked to meet so we can explain she just wanted to call the police.

"Great and quiet location"

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 10 mins walk to downtown. The room looks exactly like the pictures. There were some beach towels which was very convenient, and the room was cleaned daily

The bed and the pillows are a bit uncomfortable

It was a very stylish apartment in a charming and safe neighborhood. Just a few minutes away from the beach Bacvice and 10 minutes away from the Old town. It is an extraordinary location if you don't want to use a car or public transport, and yet be away from the noise and crowds. The host Marijana was very comunicative and helpfull in everyway. In the apartment there is everything you might need for your stay and it is perfectly clean.

Excellent position in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the old town and the harbour. Clean, comfortable, recently refurbished and well-equipped apartment. Communication from the host was timely and clear. The bed was very large and comfortable and also the bathroom and the shower were very good. Definitely recommended!

The rooms are a little small but the layout of the apartment is well-thought out. Parking is difficult in Split in general but we were mostly able to find free or moderately-priced parking quite near to the apartment, also thanks to indications from the host.
