"Exceptional"

Clean, comfortable, in the Old Town, therefore close to all places of interest. My room overlooked Statue of Nin, and it was amusing sitting by the window with my cup of coffee, looking at the visitor's interest in the statue. Close to all restaurants, the seaside, half an local bus ride to Trogir Old Town. Eugene and Jerko provided several tips on what to fo, easiest ways around, and were always available. They even had instant coffee and tea sachets and a kettle and cups.

"Excellent location!"

Location is absolutely perfect - 30s to the Gold Gate, with a good pizza restaurant downstairs and the city museum across the yard; Diocletian Palace within 2-3 minutes. The landlor next door was so nice to me, asking me if everything was ok. Room was clean and comfortable, and wifi was super fast. Really recommended!

Fantastic location in old town and great hosts! Self checkin worked perfectly with great instructions and then a host came to explain everything to me. He also quickly helped out with any issues, and communication was quick and helpful. Room had everything I needed and was comfortable. Can recommend for exploring Split!

The location is excellent. The room was clean. Eugene and his father were very helpful. Eugene gave information about the nearby area and restaurants. He was quick to respond to any questions. The hotel is centrally located and all the major attractions are within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel!

No podría estar mejor ubicado, teníamos unas vistas en la habitación preciosas, el sitio por dentro tiene su encanto y estaba muy limpio. La habitación era súper cómoda y los anfitriones muy atentos, dispuestos a ayudar en lo que el huésped necesite.

Que se acaba el agua caliente pronto.

"Great location and cost benefit."

Most everyting. The location was perfect. The host very attentive and very friendly. The room was comfortable and cozy. Despite of being tin the center of the historic area, it was quiet at night and safe.

Maybe the stairs. I had quite some luggage, however it wasn't a problem for me or my partner. I believe for elderly or disabled people would be a problem.
