Eugen is by far the best proprietor I have ever dealt with from years of travelling. Eugen sent me on advice in relation to attractions and also messaged me each day to check how we were getting on. Other than this it’s the best location i have ever stayed and I’ve been to Croatia several times. In terms of food and sight seeing the furtherest we had to walk was 400m. This included meeting point for most of the main get your guide tours. Could not rate higher and if I could I would. Thanks Eugen.

Could not fault a thing.

The location was perfect, close to a market where we could get water and snacks. The room was great, clean and the temperature in the room was perfectly cool despite the extremely hot temperatures in Split! Didn’t matter we had to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the room….we knew we were going into a cooler room and didn’t have to wait for the ac to kick in. We packed a small fan, because the room temp was cooler, we didn’t have to turn the AC on so much. We found the refrigerator had complimentary bottles water, some juice, breakfast bars and sweet treats. In addition, the host made themselves available in case anything was needed.

I wish there were some shampoo/conditioner to use.

Eugen was an incredible host. He took the time to give us a map and show us where we should visit right in the middle of preparing rooms for other guests. He was very easy to contact and we really appreciated the little touches that made our stay there special. The room itself is spacious, clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. I really couldn't recommend staying here enough.

Geweldige locatie middenin het centrum en heel bijzonder gevoel om in de kasteelmuur te verblijven! Het was schoon en comfortabel, wou dat we er langer verbleven hadden. Reden te meer om nog eens terug te keren!

Een prachtig, redelijk rustig appartement binnen de muren van de oude stad. Erg vriendelijke en zorgzame gastheren die prompt reageren. Appartement was voorzien van alles wat een mens voor een paar dagen nodig kan hebben, inclusief een gevulde koelkast met drinken en snacks, etc. wat erg gastvrij voelde. Ik ben nu zeven keer in Split geweest, steeds in andere appartementen, mijn 8e bezoek aan de stad zal ik zeker hier terugkomen.
