Guesthouse Kresic

Die Eigentümer waren super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit wenn man etwas brauchte. Mir wurden außerdem tolle Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist perfekt und die Stadt zu besichtigen und unzählige Restaurants, Bars und Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber, umfangreich ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Durch die Lage war es auch sehr ruhig. Ich würde jedem einen Aufenthalt hier empfehlen und komme bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Split gerne wieder!!

Die Lage ist absolut ideal: Sowohl das Wasser als auch die Altstadt sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es jedoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, schön grün und hat Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Die Unterkunft ist überdurchschnittlich sauber, sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, unter anderem Klimaanlage (mit Heizfunktion), Flachbildfernseher sowie Fliegengitter. Auch das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und kümmern sich gut um die Unterkunft, was man deutlich merkt. Ich würde immer wieder kommen!

Jako ljubazni domačini, uvijek spremni pomoči i nuditi informacije. Dobra atmosfera, lokacija odlična( blizu centar grada, blizu park Marjan, blizu stadion Poljud), čiste i uredne sobe. Vratiti čemo se ponovo!

Odlična lokacija, par minuta hoda od centra grada. Domačin jako ljubazan,dostupan, uvijek spreman pomoči. Apartman čist i uredan. Uvijek se rado vratimo. Hvala za sve !

Alen was the most welcoming and friendly host! He gave us lots of tips about what to do in Split and insights into Croatian culture. We loved our stay at Guesthouse Kresic – it is so peaceful and quiet at night even though one can walk into the city centre in about ten minutes. The closest beach is a twenty minute walk away, which is great for hot summer days. We can recommend the Guesthouse wholeheartedly and are looking forward to staying there again when we return to Split. When you are in Split, make sure to pay a visit to the islands nearby: We especially enjoyed the beautiful beaches with crystal clear water of Solta and Hvar. We recommend to book a tour with Kristian on his very comfortable speed boat – he showed us some hidden spots and explained the history of the islands.
