The host lives in the property which is not disclosed on the advertising page. For a young female traveller, having an older and unfamiliar man open the door and explain that he will be sharing all facilities with you, and that he will always have your room key (the key to personal room was the same as key to main door) was a very unsettling experience. When questioned about the lack of information about this on the site, the host was rude and brushed it off.

Elegantna kuhinja, balkon, veš-mašina, ljubazan domaćin, dopustio je ostaviti kofer do večeri (imala sam kasni let). Dobra lokacija - blizu kolodvora i trajektne luke

10/10 – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing stay at Hostel Levanda! The place was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. The host was absolutely lovely, very friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips. There were great extras like washing machines, morning coffee, and a beautiful terrace to enjoy it on. The atmosphere was relaxed and the other guests were friendly, though it’s not a party hostel if that’s what you’re looking for. More of a peaceful, comfortable vibe. Perfect for a restful stop while traveling. I’d definitely stay again. 10/10
