Property was was in an excellent location and staff were very nice

Just thought the room needed some TLC, paint on the walls was flaking off

Received welcome in person. Breakfast was perfect along with excellent service. Room was really lovely with patio doors to seating area and river flowing just past where car was parked

Did not realise until we arrived that the restaurant was not open on the sunday

The staff, location and breakfast was lovely

That it was in the same price range as the stone house hotel and they have a bar, restaurant and spa on site whereas we just had a room. If you can’t offer anything else I strongly recommend you lower the price from £93. The Mill restaurant was closed and not part of the business and If there was no town centre, there would be nothing to do.

Very convenient location as I was going to a wedding in Moddershall Oaks nearby. Breakfast was included with the price which was very affordable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
