Not enough ventilation in the room or direct light Also I was not informed about that I need to give one day notice to order breakfast and that morning I requested in advance and I did not get an answer so we had to go out to find a place for break my near by but there is nothing near by safe ( we ended up at the market near by and was dirty and not hygienic having as consequence that I got food poisoning because of that as I been sick since that day ) In general the place is clean and meets the pictures and the people was friendly and provided an extra fan when I requested but the fact that the breakfast was not available and my consequence sickness after that make me change the perception experience

Best of this place: the owners and staff are a charm, talkative and friendly, kindest and nicest people ever, and they tried their best to please me. Room was clean, fairly sized, comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower. The building is either new or newly renovated. There is a common area with a few tables, a kitchenette and free tea or coffee. Location is OK, at walking distance from downtown, or you can take a cheap bus from the corner. Very neat market nearby with excellent options for breakfast. Plenty of little shops and family restaurants in the area.

THE NOISE! Traffic is not too busy, but is unceasing; the building itself is very noisy, plus the staff keep the windows opened (I really wondered if they were deaf); so, all in all super noisy experience. I wanted to stay longer but left because of this. Wifi wasn't great, as usual in Perú.

Clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. Staff was very nice and quick to answer questions via email. The restaurant next door, Ricos y Doratidos, was fabulous!

Water pressure was weak, but it was hot.
