"Soovitan seda majutuskohta ka teistele."

Kuna viibisin Tuulebant 10 üritusel Lodjakojas, siis majutuse asukoht sobis väga hästi. Mõnusalt vaikne aga samas Emajõe promenaadile suhteliselt ligidal. Ruumid puhtad, perenaine oli väga lahke ja hoolitsev.

Tegemist pole külalistemajaga ega hotelliga nagu reklaamitakse. Tegemist on eraisiku poolt välja üüritava toaga. Pigem kalli raha eest ühiselamu külastus... Toas on tagatud ööbimiseks vajalik, telekas puudub, wifi kasutamise võimalust ei täheldanud. Vannituba ja wc on ühiskasutuses majutajaga. Range kontroll saabumis aja osas ja alates kella 23:00st pääseb sisse lisa tasu eest! Tuba külm, trepp teisele korrusele on järsk ning ohtlik, eriti lastega külastajale!

"Saat rahoillesi vastinetta ja hyvät unet"

Rauhalliselle alueelle ok-talon yläkertaan rakennettu kaksi lukittua huonetta joilla sitten jaettu kylppäri ja keittotila, eli vähän vuorottelua piti suunnitella. Yläkerrasta oma uloskäynti takapihaan. Huone oli pieni mutta oikein siisti ja kodikas ja sänky oli uusi ja erittäin hyvä nukkua. Jääkaappiin mahtui eväät ja keittonurkan varustus riittävä lyhyeen oleskeluun. Huoneessa raikas ilma ja hyvä nukkua (majoituimme lokakuussa). Omistaja erittäin ystävällinen rouva, asiat selvisi vaikkei hän puhu englantia, myöhäinen sisäänkirjaus onnistui mistä olen kiitollinen. Auto mahtui hyvin talon viereen tienvarsiparkkiin.

Vanhat rakennukset, joten kuulet jos auto menee kadulla tai naapuri aivastaa. Mutta se on normaalia.
