Although reabilitation works are currently ongoing outside (Dec '22), the location is a good one, with pedestrian area, church, banks, bars and shops nearby. Is ok for transit, just to sleep for 1 night only.

The place is clean, but has nothing welcomig. The sofa was right in front of the entrance door, poor natural light, not enough towels, cold floor. The kitchen was on a different floor, and poorly equipped (not even a single bowl to be found)

No parking, even though it says so on the website. The staff is not helpful.

Specious family apartment in the city centre

No kitchen, only glasses. No lift. Currently the city centre is refurbished, so parking places far away from the apartment.
