Niccolò gentilissimo, ambiente curato, nuovo e spazi ampi. Tanti bagni comuni ma pulizia generale eccellente

I locali sotto fanno un po' troppo casino nel cortile interno. Peccato la mia stanza non avesse accesso al balcone.

Forse non trovato io, ma avrei gradito un bollitore x farmi una tisana o un caffè. Il tram che passa fuori da stanza dalla mattina presto.
