My stay was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. From the moment we arrived, we faced multiple issues. The AC in our booked room was not working, the doors were not functioning properly, and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Even basic amenities like plates were in very poor condition, and the fans were not working properly. We repeatedly requested the staff to fix these issues, and although someone was sent, nothing was resolved. After half a day of inconvenience, we were shifted to another room at night, which turned out to be even worse. The new room had bed bugs, very poor lighting, and an overall bad odor. Because of the bed bugs and even signs of termites, we were unable to sleep properly. Additionally, the stairs and overall property maintenance were extremely poor. Basic necessities like water were not readily available and were being charged separately, which added to the frustration. Overall, this was a very bad experience. The property seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and basic service standards. I would not recommend staying here.
