Guest House Ana

We were very pleased with our stay in the selected apartments. A big plus for the spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe for things, a cozy double bed with good linen. A spacious kitchen with a full set of dishes for cooking dinners and breakfasts. The presence of kitchen towels is nice. I really liked that there is a place for drying towels and swimsuits outside the room. There is also a table and chairs on the terrace near the room. There are parking spaces for the car in the yard. The hosts have prepared a nice gift for guests: cold Croatian beer in the refrigerator and water. The bathroom has a shower, with good towels in sufficient quantity. Many thanks to the owners of the hotel for a comfortable stay in Zadar.

Ich und mein Mann waren mehr als zufrieden es war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter und seine Familie haben ein sehr großes Herz sie hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht haben immer nachgefragt wie es uns geht und ob wir was brauchen, Wir haben fast täglich Weintrauben von denn aus dem Garten bekommen. Wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien kommen würde ich wieder hier mieten, und ich kann es auch nur weiter empfehlen.

Es gibt nix worüber ich mich beschweren könnte

The place is very clean and peaceful. The family is welcoming and friendly. I have never been in a place where you feel so safe and comfortable. They gave us helpful information about where to eat and which restaurants were cheap or expensive. By the way, the place itself is affordable, clean, and very cozy, so we slept very well. It's also cheap to take a boat taxi, and the location is not far from town. Am sure i will be back the same place again if i visit Zadar 🥰 🇩🇰

La camera era perfetta. Molto pulita, arredata nei minimi dettagli e disponeva anche di frigo, microonde e bollitore. Il letto era comodissimo e la doccia molto spaziosa. Inoltre dotata di aria condizionata e smart tv. Un po' lontana dal centro di Zara e dalle spiagge ma utilizzando gli Uber (circa 5€ a tratta) gli spostamenti sono stati facili e veloci

Struttura molto accogliente e stanza pulita, il punto forte è sicuramente il personale che è super cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio.

Everything was clean and the staff was nice.

The view from the window faces a construction site. Construction works start at 7 a.m. and can be heard even with the windows closed, so unfortunately we weren’t able to get proper rest during our stay. It’s a pity that we weren’t informed about this in advance.

Изключително чисто, подредено и уютно. Маринко беше вежлив и любезен. Персоналът ни даде насоки къде в близост има добри ресторанти, останахме доволни.

Малко далеч от стария град. Но кварталът е осветен и спокоен.

L’host è stato molto simpatico e disponibile, sorprendentemente conosceva la lingua italiana. Vicino la struttura c’è una fermata autobus che porta a Kolodvor, da dove non solo partono gli autobus urbani, ma anche gli autobus extraurbani ed i flixbus che consentono di gironzolare per tutta la Croazia

La posizione degli appartamenti è un po’ distante per chi volesse raggiungere il centro e costringe ad utilizzare applicazioni come uber o bolt per spostarsi la sera. Attorno al contesto abitativo si trova un cantiere edile, non disturba, ma a seconda dell’appartamento assegnato potrebbe non regalare una vista sensazionale. Roba di poco conto, anche perchè tutta la Croazia al momento è un cantiere edile
