Bardzo miły i pomocny Pan gospodarz. Miałyśmy duże opóźnienie lotu i dotarłyśmy do hotelu w nocy. Pan śledził lot i na nas czekał. Także kupił nam wodę, o którą prosiłam (ze wględu na to, że nocą sklepy zamknięte). Jeśli chodzi o sam pensjonat to za taką cenę bardzo polecam.

Jedyny minus to odległość od morza i starego miasta.

Всё замечательно, даже лучше, чем некоторые 5* отели. Всё продумано до мелочей. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое для жизни, красиво, удобно, комфортно, чисто. Построено с заботой и по-домашнему Рекомендую!

Our apartment in Guest House Ana was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We found everything for a comfortable stay! There was no noise, enough dishes and kitchen utensils, the air conditioner worked great and thanks to the external blinds, while the air conditioner was off, the apartment remained pleasantly cool until we returned. There are two large grocery stores nearby. Since we love walking, we easily walked to the sea and back. But if someone prefer travel by transport, then directly from the bus main station (10 minutes from the beach) there is a direct bus from the 2nd platform No.1 practically to the apartment (photo of the map). Also Bolt is very popular and not overpriced. So location is great! You have everything what you need but far from noise. 👌🏼🥰 We would like to separately mention the owner - Marinko. He is very nice and always in touch, redy to help if he can. We came to the Zadar later than we expected and he kindly helped us with advice on the best way to get to the apartment from the bus station. Further communication was always very kind. We had several requests and Marinko helped us very quickly. We really appreciate this kind of attitude! Thank you very much for a great vacation and the wonderful place to stay! ❤️‍🔥🤩☺️🙏🏼

L'appartamento era perfetto, pulizia eccezionale, host super gentile e disponibile, parcheggiointerno gratuito. Si trova a 10 minuti dal centro e a 5 minuti a piedi dai supermercati e ristoranti. Super consigliato!

The downstairs apartment is very comfortable staying in. Parking spaces are right next to the house. There is an abundance of plants and flowers around the house which looks really beautiful and also makes for some extra shade in the sun. Host communicates quicky, friendly and he was able to provide us with our requests. If you have your own car I would recommend booking this accommodation because many city sights are within a short 10min driving distance from the accommodation.

I would recommend the host to provide some basic but necessary items for people staying in an apartment for several days: salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, tea, coffee, capsules for the washing machine. It makes no sense to have a water kettle and coffee pot, but no teabags and no coffee. Hygiene wise, most of the apartment was okay but there was a big spiderweb in the bathroom and underneath the couch it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time (sticky, dirty floor and lots of dust). Some of the dishes did not smell very clean so we cleaned them before using them.
