The balcony is perfectly positioned for the best view of Zadar, the Adriatic Sea and the SUNDOWN! It is like a larger Hotel room with a super nice bath tub and shower. You can actually watch the sundown from a large window near your bathtub if you are really romantic. The balcony is quite large with tables and chairs for enjoying the sundown with wine and your partner. The second best sundown I have seen (Lagos Portugal holds first place). So yes Alfred Hitchcock was right about Zadar Sundowns which are truly the best in Croatia. It is also only a short walk to Zadar's old town across the bridge. There is also a nice convenience store in the same building if you forgot wine for sundown! There is a 24 hour bakery on the bridge to Zadar for your breakfast too, Prefect location with street parking nearby. We parked in the free lot next to the building but the street had spots too . One last bonus is they have 2 Elevators! It was the only place we visited in Croatia that had one. No shlepping your suitcase up the stairs!

Room could be a tad bit larger but who cares about that when the ocean view , sundowns and patio are perfect.!

Best spot in town, spectacular view on Zadar. very nice owner which offers drinks and snacks in the appartment free of charge. Free parking in front of the apartment.

There is nothing what could be done better

Everything about the place was amazing. The view was breathtaking, room mas cozy and the host was very helpful and welcoming he left complementary drinks and snacks for us and despite his busy schedule he assisted us with all the questions we would definitely go again if we ever stop in Zadar

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Darko had gone above and beyond to make our stay fabulous., from a beautiful bottle of wine for our anniversary to giving us a lift in a storm to a restaurant. The view is incredible and the apartment is stocked with everything you need if you had forgotten anything. It is immaculately clean, as are the towels and other bits provided. Thank you we loved it 😻

Everything! Don't be fooled by this apartments plain exterior, the view is the best in Zadar. Each night we purchased a drink from the convenience store downstairs and sat on our balcony to watch the sunset from the best spot in town, it was just incredible. Then you also had the most fantastic host Darko who was knowledgeable, so very helpful and kind. He made our stay in Zadar very memorable. The apartment is filled with gorgeous treats and bathroom luxuries, it was perfect! The bed was super comfortable and the view from your bed is breathtaking.

The view is FANTASTIC. I feel it has the best view in Zadar. You can watch the sunset from the balcony. It was very beautiful. The staff is kind and responsive. All facilities are provided and easy to use.

Room size is Perfect for couple. Clean, modern design and the view is excellent

Bed frame is a unique and special design that fit the modern room nicely but got hit couple time on the corner when getting up at night. With care, it should be no problem for most people.
