The apartment was small but was well equipped with everything you would need for a pleasant stay. The location is good. The view from the balcony was beautiful (10th floor) We were given a free early check in which was a real bonus.

The kitchen and bedroom cupboards were far too high up.I couldn't reach anything. The bathroom was very small and when we used the shower the bathroom floor flooded. We stayed for 1 night and were expecting a little more luxury for the premium price we paid.

The room was very mice , clean and comfortable, but the odd set up of the bed makes it difficult to get in and out of. Very good communication with the owner. Location great, a short walk into the old town.

When Darko sends you the code to enter the building, you start wondering whether this was a good choice. But when you get to the apartment on the 10th floor, you know: yes, definitely! The view from the balcony onto Zadar is breathtaking and probably the best you can get in entire Zadar! The bar stools are high enough so that you can look down onto the harbour where always something is happening. But you have also a perfect view over the Old Town of Zadar. When you get out of the building, a small convenience store is just around the corner and it is only 5 minutes to the Old Town. The apartment is very well equipped with what ever you need for a few days. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. But the balcony is clearly the biggest attraction even if it is not very large. Because the apartment is facing southwest, you get the shade until noon on the balcony and the beautiful sunset in the evening. Communication with Darko was also straight forward and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The host was really very friendly - stunning view! Absolutely perfect

The host was very helpful, always in contact in case we needed anything. We asked for beach towels and got those supplied with no problem. The view from the balcony was breathtaking - best for sunsets. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The place is located very close to the old town and walking distance from anywhere we needed to get.

The lift in the building is very slow, and the building itself wasn't what we expected to see, however when we got to our room all of that didn't matter, because the room and the view were amazing.

The building is old and the elevator is pretty creepy but the apartment made us forget about all that
