Unique Rooms

An apartment is in the middle of the Old town Zadar. It was clean, comfortable. It has a small fridge, kettle, and other necessary utensils. There are plenty of parking spaces in the Old town, which are charged at 0.5 euros per hour except on Sundays and half of Saturdays when is it free.

Really nothing. It is a generic apartment that has been converted into tourist rooms. My room was comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. My neighboring guests were polite and respectful.

Location was excellent.

Not the host's fault but Booking.com should have mentioned it was a self check in with codes. I would not have stayed at this location had I known this.

The room was located in the very center of Zadar. Nice design, freshly renovated. But it's on the third floor without an elevator. Not easy if you are not too young. The room was a bit small.

Perfectly located in the center of Zadar's old town. Easy communication with the host on WhatsApp. Cheap parking close by.

The room does not look as the pictures. Be careful that the first picture is one room, but the two other rooms are different. Far from a luxury experience: entrance door to the 3 rooms broken, a bit noisy if neighbors are loud, poor lighting, broken lights not repaired for some time when looking at previous comments (no bedside lamps, both are broken, and 1/4 ceiling bulbs are dead). Not enough hot water for 2 successive showers. The room is very humid, and has a single window with a poor view. Cushions should be changed. Be careful that the shower has a transparent glass to the bedroom, no privacy. The toilets don't always flush well. No toiletries provided. 3 floors with stairs, you'll need to carry your luggage all the way up. Overall, not comfortable for more than 1 night...

The bathroom glass is see through when in the shower which was interesting for 2 friends
