Direkt im Zentrum

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft entspricht leider überhaupt nicht der Realität. Das Gebäude ist alt, der Eingangsbereich und das Stiegenhaus wirken schmuddelig und ungepflegt. In der Unterkunft selbst sind Teile der Einrichtung beschädigt und stark veraltet. Eine Rezeption, wie in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, gibt es nicht. Auch wird nirgends erwähnt, dass das Frühstück rund 500 Meter entfernt in einem Lokal stattfindet. Dort kann man aus nur fünf kleinen, lieblos angerichteten Speisen auswählen. Ein Parkplatz, obwohl angegeben, ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Besonders unangenehm war, dass sich der Vermieter erst verspätet meldete und die erste Nachricht lediglich die Aufforderung war, über einen per SMS gesendeten Link eine Zahlung zu leisten. Das wirkte unseriös und wenig vertrauenswürdig.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber es war niemand anzutreffen, sondern nur per Tel. zu erreichen. Es hat aber alles gut geklappt.

Der unpersönliche Kontakt und die Wohnungsatmosphäre in einem Wohnhaus, das nicht einer "Residenz" entsprach.
