Nino & Tarzan Guesthouse

It was an unexpected booking experience. I reserved a shared bed in the early morning of the same day and received a confirmation email but upon my arrival in the afternoon, I was informed by the host that no bed was available due to a larger group booking for the night. I would like to clarify whether there was any availability at the time of my booking. If the bed was not available, it should not have been listed as such in the app. If it was, then my booking should have been given priority.

I booked a whole room but had to share it with other guests. The lady didn't speak good English and didn't feel sorry for it. The bedding is old.

这就是此地最好条件的住宿地了。有一个温暖舒适的非常大的公共空间。厨房餐厅客厅，都是它。饭菜可口。Wi-Fi不错。晚上盖的管够。位置在出发去往乌树故里方向的村口，好找。干净。脏鞋不能穿入室内。店家女主人，英语不太好，也缺少温言细语，但真诚服务态度下，这都不成为问题。反正我非常满意。

The host waited until checkout to surprise us with double the nightly rate that was on Booking.com—she said my online rate was for one person not for the two of us. We paid it to have it over with and be on our way but that was an awful way to end our experiece there and to start our hiking day. The host either does not know what their Booking.com shows as the price for two adults, or is taking advantage of tourists who do not want to cause a scene at a guesthouse midway through the multiday hike. No other guesthouse did this throughout our stays in the valley.

Как дома побывал! Очень добродушные люди. В комнате было прохладно предложили обогреватель,стало жарко). Ужин и; завтрак супер! Завтрак ещё весь день доедал в пути)

The best stay we had during Mestia- Ushguli hike. The host was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was very simple but had all what we needed for a good rest. The facilities were better than in other guest houses we stayed on the hike. Lovey athmosphere at the dinner table when all hikers come together and have a meal- definitely suggest to have this. We were afraid that there wont be anything for our dietary needs to eat, but it was plenty of plant based (vegan) food. Comparing with the meals we were served in other guest houses, we ate like kings and queens at Nino & Tarzan Guesthouse.
