Oasis Beach Resort

The AC room in ground floor was very spacious, comfortable, clean with required facilities like a wardrobe/electric kettle. Even if temperature is high, we need not require to use AC due to dynamics of the room, fan was enough. The location of the resort is just by the beach, 100 meters away, though not beach facing. So that's fine considering the price we paid. They don't have a kitchen, so you need to eat out and they dont provide free water, so you need to buy it but that's okay again considering the location. Special mention for the great guy called Dilip who was extremely humble and helpful. He would not hesitate to provide you with any requirements which is feasible. He certainly made our stay more valuable and memorable. Thanks to the property for having him.

The non AC rooms are very small with old style roof, so during daytime when temperature soars high, it feels uncomfortable and fan is sometimes not enough. Otherwise the rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Just due to size of the room and thr roof which retains heat in the day, it's better to head out to the beach and cool yourself off and head back to the room once sun goes down.

They should have complimentary breakfast and in house dinning, apart from this, it was a wonderful stay

Oasis Resort is a well presented property just across the road from the wonderful Agonda beach - the room was minimalist but very clean, fresh and tidy. Basic soap and towels were provided and the AC was reliable and effective. The room we were given held onto it's coolness during that day so we were able to be comfortable when coming in from the heat. The hosts/owners were very courteous and welcoming and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The garden and general compound of the building are well kept and there is some beautiful foliage and plants. It is relatively good value considering the proximity to the beach - though you can get very good value by booking the non AC room option as AC rooms are pricier understandably. I would certainly recommend staying here for a very pleasant stay.

There was a bit of maintenance work going on briefly during our first day there but the owner tried his utmost to keep this to a minimum. The curtains on the downstairs rooms are a little bit thin - thicker curtains would allow more privacy and reduce worries of outsiders looking in.
