I liked that It was close to the beach, just few meters up the street and then couple of stairs down the hill.

Less I liked the mattresses that were quite used and a little bit dirty but overall not bad at all.

Casa confortevole, padrona di casa molto ospitale e disponibile, unico difetto ma non grave: due piani di scale senza ascensore. Sarebbe meglio metterlo nelle caratteristiche della casa quando si prenota, per evitare sorprese.

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, è stata la difficoltà di trovar parcheggio gratuito, è tutto a pagamento lì in giro ma facendo qualche passo in più si può trovare posto......bisogna avere voglia di camminare.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Viorica! The location is great: really close to the beach, there are supermarkets and cafes/pizzerias nearby, and the walk to the city center won't take much time and is pleasant. Our room was very clean and beautiful.The size of the bathroom was quite a surprise. The bed was super comfy. There was a spacious kitchen in the apartment. Also, Ancona is an amazing town! Incredibly many churches, monuments and beautiful sights on such a small territory!. History and art all around you. Breathtaking. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Pulizia, ordine, disponibilità della proprietaria. Soprattutto la posizione è ottima.

Abbiamo trovato piatti/pentole sporchi nel lavello, appena arrivati. In un appartamento condiviso può capitare. Da proprietario di una struttura simile ho preso degli uno per roba del genere. Le mie tariffe però sono molto più basse e non ho nessuno che faccia le pulizie, faccio tutto da solo. So che è difficile controllare i clienti e non tutti sono civili ma più le tariffe crescono più le aspettative si alzano e se le stanze sono in ordine ma gli spazi comuni no, purtroppo devo farlo notare.

Walls are "paper-made" so guests slightly disturbe each other.
