Colazione , servizio e pozione.

Close to the centre of Assisi. Breakfast was good.

Just because a room fits bedding for 4 people, does not make it a family room. The room was so small, we needed to take turns to move. OK for a bed for a night. The room was very hot, and there did not appear to be any way to control the heat. One of the beds was right next to the radiator, which was very hot. Windows were not sound proof, so you could hear anyone talking in the laneway below. Shower was very small, and shower head was very large. Mixer tap on the wall of the shower was easily bumped when you tried to move, which would turn the water off or make it cold.

Il n y a pas de réception, le gérant ne répond pas au téléphone, nous avons dû attendre 1h30 l'ouverture du restaurant pour récupérer la clé. Le gérant avait juste envoyé un message sur booking nous demandant de préciser l'heure d'arrivée 48heures à l'avance, ce qui est difficile lors d'un voyage itinérant où la flexibilité et les imprévus sont de mise. Nous pensions qu'il y avait une réception(l établissement se nomme "hotel")ou au moins quelqu'un qui répond au téléphone. Expérience très désagréable vu l'incertitude(établissement désert et restaurant fermé et impossibilité de joindre le responsable)et le temps perdu qui nous a privé de notre visite :(

El lugar está en el centro de la ciudad, hermoso, cómodo, relación de precio-servicio muy proporcionado. Además de que cuentan con restaurante y su comida estuvo deliciosa. Finalmente, la tensión gentil, pronta y efectiva del personal (gracias por facilitarme el servicio de taxi tan temprano).

Que al llegar se encuentre cerrado, pero acudieron en cuanto les llamé. Tampoco me gustó que el agua caliente de la regadera se agotara muy pronto.

La posizione è strategica! La camera è piccolina, un po' retrò ma è pulita e semplice. Il costo è veramente basso, quindi un'ottima scelta!

Bellissima posizione, la camera troppo piccola per il prezzo pagato, bagno lasciamo stare, però pulito e ottima colazione.

Il letto è stata la peggior cosa su cui ho dormito! Aveva praticamente una fossa che mi buttava verso l’esterno del materasso, il riscaldamento nel bagno spento, il termosifone c’è ma non funziona! Queste cose andrebbero sistemate! Stanza piccolina senza punti di appoggio ma si potrebbe rendere molto più accogliente
