La camera e il bagno sono confortevoli, puliti e dotati di tutti gli essenziali. Sono presenti un bollitore e una macchina del caffè per le bevande calde. I gestori sono stati molto gentili e disponibili; ci hanno aiutato sotto diversi aspetti (deposito bagagli, consigli su dove mangiare e come muoversi in città, etc). La posizione è comoda, in pieno centro ad Assisi. A piedi si riesce a raggiungere tutto.
