Affordable Baguio APT

Spacious and comfortable place. plenty of sleeping accommodations. Great living room with nice TV for the whole family. Staff were friendly. Good value for the price.

it badly needs a deep cleaning and numerous repairs. Kitchen cabinets in very bad shape, no frying pan. Generally in need of maintenance throughout.

Everything in this property met my expectations.

3rd floor/no elevator but it doesn’t really matter.

The property is so clean & the location is very convenient it so close to everything we don't need to worry about the public transport. .highly recommended to my friends & family.. & mostly the host Emily was so helpful,we do really really appreciate..she's always there to assist us..so thank you so much

The main door is hard to lock

Place is very big and can accommodate 15-20 pax , very clean, you can cook with complete kitchen utensils , staff are very friendly, it's really good when you just want to hangout and chill with friends . I would definitely recommend .

hard to get a taxi plus, stairs is not for me especially when i am travelling with a toddler and senior citizen.

If you are not from Baguio, it is a bit tricky to find the house since Google Maps cant quite locate it. But asking is key! People can be very helpful and the caretakers are also available to give directions if you call them.

The place looked just like the pictures so there were no unpleasant surprises. In fact, I'd say it was a little better than the photos. There were more than enough rooms for 7 of us and it was super cozy. We liked the almost floor-to-ceiling windows which made the living room seem more spacious. The TV was working and the wifi signal excellent - I was able to continue working. The staff was amazing; we arroved early and Ma'am Elvie allowed us to store our stuff while the penthouse was being cleaned so we could go around unencumbered. There's a complete kitchen and you can actually cook and not just heat up leftovers. I'd definitely recommend staying here. You can ask Ma'am about hiring a van for a tour of Baguio's scenic spots. The driver who toured us was great.

We lost access to water for a bit and we had to put off washing the dishes but it wasn't that much of an inconvenience.
