Loved everything about this place. The location is incredible - everything is on your doorstep - and the views are beyond breathtaking. The beauty of Atrani as a town is that us is small and peaceful with cute little cafes and restaurants, the beach is lovely (and it’s a 1 min walk from the hotel) but when you want something more, the town of Amalfi is only a 5 min walk away. Atrani is such an authentic experience though - we found very few tourists in the peak season of August. Domus Claudius is a stunning place to stay, the rooms are spacious and cool, the views beyond words and Eddi went out of his way to help us. Amazing value for money on the Amalfi Coast. There were some stairs but honestly we walked up and down no problem. By Amalfi Coast standards, these stairs were super easy and were in our 40s.

the location offers exceptional value for money. the views from the windows are breathtaking and it is a perfect walking distance to either the heart of atrani or amalfi

it did not overly bother us, but if you have any mobility issues the stairs would not be suitable. this could be said about the region generally as it is based on a cliff face and subsequently requires walking up and down stairs and slopes. The views are worth the effort

Very good location and an amazing view from both the balcony and the terrace. Only a short walk (7min) to Amalfi. The staff was very friendly.

Stunning outlook with views for miles and easy walk to beach and Atrani. Close to pedestrian tunnel to Amalfi. It is hard to peel yourself away from the view with sunsets and sunrises a highlight and boats busily passing by. A visit to the market in Amalfi and lazy balcony ( or upper terrace ) picnics and drinks taking in the view were a highlight.

The view comes at a price. The stairs are not inconsiderable with 74 stairs to the room. It just meant planning your outings. Wouldn’t be suitable for elderly or those with mobility issues. Requires reasonable cardio fitness.

Everything was perfect, the owner was very nice and the location of this accommodation is so good. It's 2 minutes walk to Atrani beach and 5 minutes walk to Amalfi centre through the tunnel. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Amalfi

Location and view were fantastic! We had room with a balcony facing the sea, plus our host, Eddie, arranged for us to have access to a spectacular rooftop deck. The property is situated right around the corner from bustling Amalfi, but is quiet and away from the crowds.

Nothing: it suited our needs perfectly. The only way to the room was up three flights of very steep stairs, so guests who need elevators or who carry more luggage than we had may find it a little inaccessible.
