"Apartamento agradável e bem localizado em Aveiro"

Na principal avenida de Aveiro e próximo a várias atrações da cidade. Prédio antigo mas bem conservado. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Pode-se usar a cozinha para preparar refeições e guardar alimentos no frigorífico. Pessoal da limpeza muito atencioso. As instruções para abrir portas e usar os espaços bem claras e diretas.

É sempre preciso dizer que não há elevadores. Eu tinha pouca bagagem e não tenho dificuldades de locomoção, mas algumas pessoas podem passar por apuros.
